The golden Mickey Mouse

This sculpture is an artistic expression that captures the essence of Mickey using everyday and recycled items such as sewing machines, pans, lamp parts and doorknobs.

In my creation, Mickey Mouse takes on a burly, strong presence. With gold accents, I’ve given it a special sheen so Mickey can show off.

I have merged the everyday world with the iconic Mickey Mouse figure that captivates with its originality. By being built with everyday parts, the Disney universe merges to become a world within everyone’s reach. This work is a testimony to the magic that we can find in our closest environment.
